  2. How do you make the veggie pasta with ricotta? Oh, and thanks for saying "sashimi" and not "sushi"! I'm always having to explain the difference to people.

  4. Veggie pasta is super easy!!! Saute whatever green veggies you like, spinach, peas, etc in olive oil with onions, garlic and chili flakes. Mix veggies with al dente pasta of your choice along with fresh ricotta and grated pecorino!!!

  5. We baked the eggs... Place whole eggs with sauteed onions and peppers in a well oiled oven prof pan and place cheese of your choice on top. bake at 350 until the whites have cooked and the yokes are to your liking.... Super easy method and you can add whatever you like to make them your own.

  6. I saw this post featuring the sweet potato fries and I was inspired this evening. I pan fried them and they were delicious! My family was very surprised. It was a pleasant new way for us to eat sweet potato. I think next on my list will be the veggie pasta with ricotta.

    Thanks! :-)
